Ideally, you'll want to choose a Follower that's of a low level or has traits that you don't want. Once you have both Necklaces in your possession, give each one to a Follower. This may take a few tries as the prize is randomly selected, but you'll eventually get both.
This can be done by obtaining a Dark Necklace and Light Necklace from ?'s Mystic Shop in exchange for a God Tear. In order to reunite Aym and Baal with Forneus, you'll first need to recruit Aym and Baal to your clan. This quest is much more of a secret than the others, as you wouldn't even know about it if it weren't for the hidden Achievement. Doing so will net you some of your lost gold and earn the Shake Down achievement.
When you finally encounter him in Silk Cradle, you'll have a moment to attack him after his dialogue.
